Access Service Report

An access service report allows a network administrator to view and analyze the statistics related to access services. It falls into the following types:

Online User Report

The report shows the statistics of hourly online users in the last seven days. The statistics exclude the hours when no online user is present in the last seven days.

Service Usage Report

This report displays the statistics on services provided by the system, total number of users who have applied for the services, and number of online users who are using the services.

Idle Account Report

With idle period as the query condition, this report displays the idle accounts matching the query condition and the detailed information of the accounts. An idle account refers to an account that has not been connected to the network for a period of time, excluding the guest account and current online account. Idle period=Current time minus Last off-line time, and is rounded down to an integer (in days). If the account has never been connected to the network, Last off-line time=Time when the account was created.

Parameters

Idle Period: Set the minimum period that the accounts can be idle. The statistics only contain the accounts with an idle period equal to or longer than the specified value.

User Group: Select the user group for report statistics. The report only shows statistics of the user groups that the current operator can view.

Account Number Monthly Report

This report displays the statistics on newly added accounts, deleted accounts, and retained accounts every month.

Start Month/End Month: Set the start month (included) and end month (included) for statistics.

Auth Failure Category Statistic Report

This report displays the statistics on accounts that fail the authentication according to the authentication failure reasons. The authentication failure reasons include: identity authentication error, denylist, binding check failure, LDAP error, and others.

Start Time/End Time: Set the start time (included) and end time (excluded) for querying statistics. When you add or modify a scheduled report created based on the template, it is recommended that you set the query start time and end time to the start time and end time of a report generation period. If UAM is upgraded from a prior version, change the start time and end time of existing scheduled reports to the start time and end time of a report generation period.

Offline Reason Report

This report displays the statistics on offline accounts according to different offline reasons.

Start Time/End Time: Set the start time (included) and end time (excluded) for querying statistics. When you add or modify a scheduled report created based on the template, it is recommended that you set the query start time and end time to the start time and end time of a report generation period. If UAM is upgraded from a prior version, change the start time and end time of existing scheduled reports to the start time and end time of a report generation period.

Monthly (Daily) Service Usage Report

This report helps you track the average monthly usage and average daily usage per user( it is available only after the CAMS is installed).
You can filter report data by time range, account type, and account name. When filtering data by account name, you can only input a full account name or the asterisk (*) to match all account names.
For example, to view the average monthly usage per prepaid account user in the range of December 2009 to February 2010, set the start time to any date in December 2009, and the end time to any date in February 2010, select prepaid account as the account type, type an account name, and click OK. The report displays the average data for the three months of this account user. By clicking the drill-down link to a month, you can view the average daily usage report for the month.
Note that: The report does not cover today's data. If you specify today's date or a future date as the end time for the time range, yesterday's date applies .

Parameters

Start Time/End Time: Set the start time (included) and end time (included) for querying statistics.

Account Type: The options include All, Prepaid, and Ordinary. The default option is All.

Username: Type the name of the user to query its service statistics. To query all users, enter an asterisk (*).

Monthly (Daily) Average Service Usage Report

This report helps you track the average monthly usage and average daily usage per user or service( it is available only after the CAMS is installed).
For example, to view the average monthly usage per prepaid account user in the range of December 2009 to February 2010, set the start time to any date in December 2009, and the end time to any date in February 2010, the Account Type to Prepaid, and the Average Type to Average by User, and click OK. The report displays the average data for the three months. By clicking the drill-down link to a month, you can view the average daily usage report for the month.
Note that:
1) The report does not cover the statistics collected for the current day. If you specify the current date or a date in future as the end date for the time range, the date of yesterday applies.
2) The average monthly or daily usage per user equals the total usage divided by the number of service users within the month or day. The average monthly or daily usage per service equals the total usage divided by the number of used services within the month or day. If a service is used by two users, it is counted twice. For example, if user A uses services X and Y and user B uses service X, the total number of services is 3.

Parameters

Start Time/End Time: Set the start time (included) and end time (included) for querying statistics.

Account Type: Select the account type. The options include All, Prepaid, and Ordinary. The default option is All.

Average Type: Select to calculate the average usage per user or service.

Single User Based Monthly Expenditure

The report displays monthly expenditure including the average, maximum, and minimum expenditure per user of an account type during a specified time period. The average expense equals to the total sum divided by the number of months in the period. The values per user may vary depending on the accounting period. This report is available only after the CAMS is installed.

Start Month/End Month: Set the start month (included) and end month (included) for statistics.

Account Type: Select the account type. The options include All, Prepaid, and Ordinary. The default option is All.

Minimum Expenditure/Maximum Expenditure: Set the minimum or maximum expenditure for the users in the query period.

User Group Payment Report

This report displays the payment of each user group that you manage in a specific time interval. This report is available only after the CAMS is installed.

Parameters

Start Time/End Time: Set the start time (included) and end time (excluded) for querying statistics. When you add or modify a scheduled report created based on the template, it is recommended that you set the query start time and end time to the start time and end time of a report generation period. If UAM is upgraded from a prior version, change the start time and end time of existing scheduled reports to the start time and end time of a report generation period.

Monthly Due Fee and Amount Paid Report

This report helps you track the monthly due fee and amount paid. The due fee is the amount of the current month to be paid plus the fixed fee and expense of the paid bill. The amount paid is the sum of the fixed fee and the expense of the paid bill of the current month. The statistics do not include the data of the current month or later. If you specify the end month in the query criteria as the current month or later, the system uses the last month as the end month for the query. You can click an entry to view detailed information about the due fee and amount paid of the current month by service. This report is available only after the CAMS is installed.

Operator Charge Report

This report helps you track the fees charged by operator in a specific time range. The report does not include recharge card payments, third-party payments, fixed-fee refunds, and auto charge. The statistics do not include the data of the current date or later. If you specify the end date in the query criteria as the current date or later, the system uses the last date as the end date for the query. You can click an entry to view detailed information about the fees that the current operator charges by day. This report is available only after the CAMS is installed.

Parameters

Operator Name: Type the name of an operator to query the fees charged by the operator. To query the fees charged by all operators, enter an asterisk (*).

Start Time/End Time: Set the start time (included) and end time (excluded) for querying statistics. When you add or modify a scheduled report created based on the template, it is recommended that you set the query start time and end time to the start time and end time of a report generation period. If UAM is upgraded from a prior version, change the start time and end time of existing scheduled reports to the start time and end time of a report generation period.

Charge Type: Select the charge type to be covered in the report. The options include All, Ordinary Charge, and One-Time Charge.

Payment Type: Select the payment type to be covered in the report. The options include All, Initial Payment, Cash Payment, Bank Card Payment, Prepayment Refund, and Balance to Close Account.

Guest Report

Counts the number of registered guests who expired within the specified time period.

Start Expiration Date/End Expiration Date: Set the start end time (included) and end end time (included) for querying statistics.

Daily Operator Charge Report

This report displays statistics of operators' charges for the specified time range on the current day. Statistics on payment made through recharge card payment, fixed-fee fund, and auto payment are not collected.

This report is available only after the CAMS component is installed.

Parameters

Operator Name: Type the name of an operator to query the fees charged by the operator. To query the fees charged by all operators, enter an asterisk (*).

Start Time/End Time: Set the start time (included) and end time (included) for querying statistics.

Charge Type: Select the charge type to be covered in the report. The options include All, Ordinary Charge, and One-Time Charge.

Payment Type: Select the payment type to be covered in the report. The options include All, Initial Payment, Cash Payment, Bank Card Payment, Prepayment Refund, Balance to Close Account, and Third-Party Payment.

Test Mode Authentication Failure Log Report

The report classifies the authentication failure reasons, and collect statistics on the number of accounts failed the authentication due to each type of failure reason. Failure reasons include: identity authentication error, denylist, binding check failure, LDAP error, and others. The statistics are collected from the day of the query start time to the day of the query end time. This type of report is available only after the system parameter AuthN Test Mode is set Enable. This report becomes invalid when CAMS is installed.

Third-Party Recharge Statistics Report

Provides statistics of recharges through a third-party system for each operator in a specified time range. The statistics do not include the data of the current date or later. If you specify the end date in the query criteria as the current date or later, the system uses the last date as the end date for the query. You can click an entry to view detailed information aboutthe fees that the current operator charges by day. This report is available only after the CAMS is installed.

Operator Name: Type the name of an operator to query the fees charged by the operator. To specify all operators, enter an asterisk (*).

Endpoint Device Statistics Report

This report displays statistics about endpoint devices by endpoint type, operating system, or vendor.

Parameters

Endpoint Device Statistics Type: This parameter determines the type of statistics that the system collects about endpoint devices. Options include Endpoint Type, Operating System, and Vendor.
