Associate with Platform

Perform this task to synchronize access device information in UAM with the device information stored on the INC Platform.

Operation Procedure

1. Click the User tab on the top navigation bar, and select User Access Policy > Access Device Management > Access Device from the left navigation tree.
2. On the access device list, select one or more devices and click Sync with Platform.

Precautions

• This function applies to access devices that have already been added to the platform.
• To ensure efficiency, you can select at most 200 access devices for one synchronization process.
• An operator can have access device information synchronized only with devices that the operator can manage on the INC Platform.
• The INC Platform does not support IPv6 devices. When you synchronize both IPv4 and IPv6 access devices with the INC Platform, only the IPv4 devices are synchronized.
