Endpoint MAC Group

An endpoint MAC group specifies the range of MAC addresses that users use to access the network. This function is a preposed function of BYOD. With this function, access users using different MAC addresses to access the network can use different access policies.

Functions

• Add/Modify Endpoint MAC Group
• Batch Import Endpoint MACs
• Delete Endpoint MAC Group
• Export Endpoint MAC Group

Parameters

• Service Group: Select a service group for the endpoint MAC group. The service group ensures privilege management of the endpoint MAC group. The administrators and maintainers can add the endpoint MAC group to one of the service groups to which they have the management privilege.
• Access MAC List: One or multiple unrepeated MAC addresses. One access MAC group can contain up to 10000 access MAC addresses.
