Customize dashboards

This page provides the predefined views and allows you to add custom views.

Functions

• Add View: Add a custom view. You can preview, edit, copy, or delete the custom view. You can also set the custom view as the default view.
• Preview: Navigate to the dashboard monitor page to view the data of the dashboard.
• Edit: Navigate to the dashboard monitor page to edit the monitor parameters and monitored elements. You cannot edit predefined views.
• Copy: Add a new view by copying a predefined or custom view.
• Set Default: Set the current view as the default view. An operator can have only one default view. A predefined view cannot be set as the default view. If a view has been set as the default view, it cannot be set as the default view again and cannot be deleted. You can display the default view by selecting User > Access User > Dashboard. If no default view exists, a predefined view is copied as the default view as follows:
  • If the system is installed with both the EIA and EAD components, the Endpoint Security Monitor Platform view is copied as the default view.
  • If the system is installed with only the EIA component, the Endpoint Access Monitor Platform view is copied as the default view.
• Delete: Delete a view. Predefined views and the default view cannot be deleted.

Precautions

• Managed users, authentication types, and endpoint OS types are collected from the memory and are real time. Network access types, online user trend, and today’s online user trend are collected from the database and are not real time. The numbers of online users counted in different places might be different.
