Precautions

• To display automatic registration and authentication pages in IE 9, enable JavaScript in the browser:
  1. In the toolbar, click Tools and select Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box appears.
  2. Click the Security tab, and then click Custom level. The Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box appears.
  3. Select Enable for Scripting of Java applets and Active scripting, and then click OK.
  4. Click OK.
• If you use an iPhone for QR code-based authentication, disable automatic login for Wi-Fi connection and use a browser for authentication as a best practice. If you do not do so, some prompt messages will not be displayed on the iPhone. The following steps describe how to disable automatic login on an iPhone 8:
  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Access the WLAN page, and then select a wireless network.
  3. Slide the Auto-Login bar to disable automatic login for this wireless network.
