If account abc has been idle for 30 days with a balance of -5, UAM automatically cancels the account. If account a123 has been idle for 30 days with a balance of 11, UAM does not cancel the account because the balance is not within the range. Precautions
- The last online time of a new account is the creation time of the account.
- Set the number of idle days to a large value for cancelling the idle accounts or accounts with zero balance. The accounts may be still useful for their owners.
- When no account is cancelled, the system generates a log containing the end time of the auto-cancel accounts task, but it does not generate a file recording the cancelled accounts.
