Access User Homepage
The access user homepage of INC installed with only UAM provides the 24-hour user history and topN user groups by user count.
- 24-Hour Online History: A line chart that displays the counts of online users during the past 24 hours. The data is collected every two hours on the even hour. For example, if the current time is between 16:00:00 to 17:59:59, the chart shows the counts collected at 16-, 18-, 20-, 22-o'clock yesterday and 0-, 2-, 4-, 6-, 8-, 10-, 12-, 14-, 16-o'clock today. If an access user is moved to another user group after the online data are generated for the access user, the user group information in the data is not changed accordingly.
- TopN User Groups by Online Count: This report comprises a statistical list and a statistical table. The list displays the current counts of access users, denylist users, online users and guests. The table displays the top N user groups that have the most online users, and the counts of access users, online users, insecure online users, denylist users, and guests in each of the user groups. The number N is defined by the Display the TopN User Groups parameter in User >> User Access Policy >> Service Parameters >> System Settings >> System Parameters.

- 24-Hour Online History: A line chart that displays the counts of online users in different security states during the past 24 hours. The data is collected every two hours on the even hour. For example, if the current time is between 16:00:00 to 17:59:59, the chart shows the counts collected at 16-, 18-, 20-, 22-o'clock yesterday and 0-, 2-, 4-, 6-, 8-, 10-, 12-, 14-, 16-o'clock today. If an access user is moved to another user group after the online data are generated for the access user, the user group information in the data is not changed accordingly.
- Real-Time Statistical Chart for Online Users: Displays real-time statistics about online users in different security states in a pie chart. To view detailed information about the online users in a state, click the sector for the state. Secure Users refer to online users that are in Secure state. Insecure Users collectively refer to online users that are in Monitored, Informed, Isolated, Offline, For Isolation, and For Offline states. Unknown Users collectively refer to online users that are in No Security Authentication and Waiting for Authentication states.
- 24-Hour Security History: A line chart that displays the number of users by authentication failure reason during the past 24 hours. The authentication failure data is collected from security authentication, real-time monitoring, and security re-authentication processes every two even hours. For example, if the current time is between 16:00:00 and 17:59:59, the chart shows data collected at 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, and 22:00 yesterday and 00:00, 02:00, 04:00, 06:00, 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, and 16:00 today. If an access user is moved to another user group after the online data are generated for the access user, the user group information in the data is not changed accordingly.
- Security Chart of the Day: A pie chart that displays the number of users by authentication failure reason over the past hours of the day. The authentication failure data is collected from security authentication, real-time monitoring, and security re-authentication processes every hour. For example, if the current time is 16:56:20, the chart shows statistics of data collected at 00:00, 01:00, 02:00... up to 16:00 of the day. If an access user is moved to another user group after the online data are generated for the access user, the user group information in the data is not changed accordingly.
- TopN User Groups by Online Count: This report comprises a statistical list and a statistical table. The list displays the current counts of access users, denylist users, online users, insecure online users, and guests. The table displays the top N user groups that have the most online users, and the counts of access users, online users, insecure online users, online users whose security status are unknown, denylist users, and guests in each of the user groups. The number N is defined by the Display the TopN User Groups parameter in User >> User Access Policy >> Service Parameters >> System Settings >> System Parameters.
