MDM Security Logs

MDM security log records the results of MDM collaboration checking for smart devices. You can query MDM security logs by account name, service name, and time range.

Functions

• View MDM security logs

Operation Procedure

1. Enter MDM Security Logs page
   Click the User tab.From the navigation tree, select User Access Log > MDM security Logs.
2. Click the Details iconfor the MDM security log you want to view.

Parameters

• Network Action: Includes No Action, Isolate, and Kick Out.
• Device Action: Includes No Action, Lock, Wipe Corporation Data, and Wipe Data.
• Violations: Check items that do not meet the MDM collaboration policy requirements.

Precautions

• The MDM security log list does not display MDM security logs that are related to the cancelled services or users.
• This function is available only when the EAD component is installed.
• The MDM security logs only record the results of MDM collaboration policy checking.
