Batch Export
Use this function to export the access user information to a file and save the file in the INC server or on your local computer.
Operation Procedure
- Click the User tab, and then select Access User > All Access Users from the navigation tree to enter the access user list page.
- Select the access users you want to export, and click Batch Export.
- Configure related parameters and click OK.
- The system execute the export operation as configured, saves the exported file on the INC server, and then display the operation result page.
- Click Download to download and save the export file.
Precautions
- In step 3, you can export the user data to a Delimited text file (TXT) or a Comma Separated Values file (CSV). To export data to a TXT file, you must select a separator character to separate each field of text. Options include space, Tab, comma (,), colon (:), pound sign (#), and dollar sign ($).
By default, Windows opens CSV files with Excel. Excel automatically adjusts the text display format with the text content, which may be different from what you want to see. For example, the value 123456789123456789 will be displayed in its scientific notation format: 1.23457E+17. To view the text content in its original format, set the text display format to TXT, or open the file with text editing tools such as Notepad.
- In step 3, operators can customize the access user information to be exported. The access user information consists of two parts: user additional information (available only when configured) and other information, including password (available only when the operator is an administrator), identity number, telephone, contract information, and email. If no account information is specified, the account name, username, user group, start time and end time are exported.
- In step 4, the export file is saved in the \tmp directory of the primary INC server installation path.
- In step 4, the export file is ended with the time when the operator executed the export operation for easy retrieval.
