Email

On the Email Configuration page, you can view the email configuration details, add, modify, and delete an email configuration.

Functions

• Add Email Configuration

  Operation Procedure

  1. Click the User tab. From the navigation tree, select Access User > Deliver Message. Click the Email tab.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter the configuration name.
  4. Enter the email subject.
  5. Enter the email content. The page displays all variables that can be embedded to the email content.
  6. Select an email configuration type from the Type list. Options are Password Notification, Approval Reminder, Guest Account Opening Notice, Guest Registration Rejection Notification, Overdue Payment Notice, and Bill Notice. Options Overdue Payment Notice and Bill Notice appear only when CAMS Accounting Manager is deployed.
  7. Select the email recipient. You can select all users or users of specified groups to receive the email.
  8. Click OK.
• Modify Email Configuration
  You can modify all parameters of an email configuration. Modifying an email configuration is similar to adding an email configuration. For more information, see Add Email Configuration .
• Delete Email Configuration

  Operation Procedure

  1. Click the User tab. From the navigation tree, select Access User > Deliver Message. Click the Email tab.
  2. Click the Delete icon for the email configuration to be deleted. Click OK in the confirmation dialog box that appears.

Precautions

When you configure emails of the same type, follow these restrictions:
1. Only one email configuration entry can use All Users as the recipient.
2. A user group can be assigned to only one email configuration entry.
