Guest Service

Guest services are access services assigned for guests to access the company's internal network.

Functions

• Add Guest Service
• Delete Guest Service

Precautions

• You cannot set a service that assigns IP address as a guest service.
• The guest service can control the network access period of guests by using a charge plan. The charge plan must use the monthly billing term with a fixed fee of 0.
• In the Default Guest Service column, click the link to configure or cancel the default guest service. The default guest service applies to guests who cannot select services because they use one of the following settings: automatic registration for guest sign-in and authentication through SMS messages or QR codes, automatic registration for guests preregistered in the self-service center, automatic registration for preregistered BYOD users, and guest approval and registration in the self-service center of guest managers. You can configure at most one guest auto-registration service.
