Self-Service logs record users' self-service operations. A Self-Service log contains information of the user account name, operation time (when the log was generated), IP address, and operation description. Such information helps you know about users' self-service operations and the results.
The system provides the log query function to help you view specific logs. The query criteria include start/end time, operator role, user group, account name, IP address, and description. After specifying the query criteria, click Query to view logs matching the criteria. To view all logs, click Reset.
The operator role includes Non-Device Management User, Normal Access User, Device Management User, Guest, and Guest Manager. Non-Device Management User refers to all users except device management users, including normal access users, guests, and guest managers. By selecting Non-Device Management User for Operator Role, you will view logs of normal access users, guests, and guest managers on the Self-Service log list.
The Operation Types list includes all operations that a user can perform in the Self-Service Center, such as Modify Password and Query Access Details.
The system clears obsolete user logs daily to maintain the database performance.
