I receive a message at the iNode client that there is no response from the policy server. How can I solve the error message?

This error message appears due to incorrect configuration. If a user who passes identity authentication cannot ping the proxy server, the switch might have a routing problem, or EAD might use incorrect isolation ACL configuration that excludes the IP address of the proxy server from the accessible destination addresses.

Why does the Policy Receipt History node appear only on the left navigation tree, but it does not appear on the top navigation bar?

The issue appears when another operator configures the current EAD system as a child node and confirms the parent node. To resolve the issue, relog in to INC.
