Configure Automatic Deployment

Use this function to specify the time at which the parent node automatically deploys tasks everyday. The time must be in 24-hour notation and an integer in the range of 0 to 23.

Operation Procedure

1. Click the User tab, and then select User Security Policy > Hierarchical Node Management from the navigation tree.
2. Click the Auto Deployment button to enter the periodic deployment configuration page.
3. Enter the deployment time.
4. Click OK.

Precautions

• For a parent node, if you select No for the Centralized Policy Management parameter, the node does not deploy policies but only deploys parameters such as Data Report Time and Data Lifetime.
• For a parent node, if you select Yes for the Centralized Policy Management parameter, the node automatically deploys tasks only to the following types of nodes: 1) Nodes that received a successful deployment at a time earlier than the policy update time. 2) Nodes that never received a successful deployment.
