Hard Disk Encryption Software Policy
Perform the following operations to configure and manage hard disk encryption software policy on the INC:
- Add/Modify Hard Disk Encryption Software Policy
- Enter the hard disk encryption software policy page.
Select the User tab, and then select User Security Policy > PC Security Software Policy > Hard Disk Encryption from the navigation tree.
- Click the Add button or the
icon of a hard disk encryption software policy.
- Configure basic settings for the hard disk encryption software policy.
- Select the checkbox in the Check column of the software to enable checking whether the software is installed on the terminal.
- Click the move up or move down icon in the Priority column to sort hard disk encryption software by priority.
- Click OK.
Note
- You cannot change the name or service group of an existing hard disk encryption software policy.
- Delete Hard Disk Encryption Software Policy
- Select the User tab, and then select User Security Policy > PC Security Software Policy > Hard Disk Encryption from the navigation tree.
- Click the
icon of a hard disk encryption software policy. A confirmation box appears.
- Click OK.
Note
- A hard disk encryption software policy being used by a security policy cannot be deleted.
Precautions
- The iNode client checks whether any hard disk encryption software in the hard disk encryption software list is installed on the terminal in the order of priority. If yes, the iNode client stops the check and reports the status of the hard disk encryption software to the security policy server.
- The iNode client checks only whether a terminal is installed with a piece of hard disk encryption software.
