Configure Patch Check Relation

Perform this task to modify the patch check relation for a Windows version.

Procedures

1. On the Window Patches page, click the Patch Check Relation link.
2. Click the Configure icon for a Windows version. The patch check relation configuration page opens.
3. Configure a check relation for patches. Supported relations are and, or, and embedment indicated by brackets ().
4. Click OK.

Remarks

1. After you configure a patch check relation, click Validate on the navigation tree under User Security Policy > Service Parameters to validate the relation.
2. The patch check relation configuration is not supported on a Windows version that has only one patch or does not have any patches.
3. The patches configured for a patch check relation must be of the same level.
