Add Filtering Rule

This function enables you to add a custom filtering rule.

Operation Procedure

  1. Click the Alarm tab, and then select Filtering Trap in the navigation tree. The Filtering Trap page appears.
  2. Click Add. The Add Filtering Rule page appears.
  3. In the Add Filtering Rule page, do the following configurations:
      • By Common Trap Group:
        • Select UP/DOWN Trap Group:
          1. Click Select Interface, and then select the interfaces to be filtered.
          2. To remove an interface from the interface list, select it and click Delete Interface.
        • Select The System Trap Group.
      • By Trap:
        1. Click Select Trap, and then select traps.
        2. Click Select Resources, and then select resources. Options include All Resources, Selected Devices, and Application Group.
          • To remove a device from the device list, select it and click Delete Device.
          • Click Select View, and then select a custom view from the window that appears.
        3. Click Parameter Settings, and then set alarm parameters.
      • Weekly: Select Available Range.
      • By Time Range: Set the start date and end date.
  4. Click OK.
