Faulty Device

This function enables you to gain an overview of the network device status by displaying the devices with unrecovered alarms.

Operation Procedure

1. Click the Alarm tab, and then select Faulty Devices in the navigation tree. The Faulty Devices page appears.
2. The Faulty Device List provides the following operations:
   • Click Refresh to refresh the Faulty Device List.
   • Click Export to export faulty device information, including device IP addresses, device labels, device types, and device states.
   • Click a device label to enter the Device Details page.

Precautions

• A viewer can view the faulty devices that it has management access.
• The color of a device icon depends on the highest level of alarm currently raised by the device.
• When the system decides the status of a device, it always ignores the informational level of alarms. The faulty devices do not include devices whose highest level of unrecovered alarm is informational.
