Add/Modify Alarm Level Configuration
Perform this task to add or modify an alarm level configuration.
Operation Procedure
- Click the Alarm tab, and then select Alarm Level Configuration in the navigation tree. The Alarm Level Configuration page appears.
- Click Add, or a modify link in the Alarm Level Configuration list to enter the Add Alarm Level Configuration or Modify Alarm Level Configuration page.
- In the Add Alarm Level Configuration or ModifyAlarm Level Configuration page, do the following configurations:
- Type the rule name (available only when adding an Level Configuration rule).
- Select your concerned devices.
- Select your concerned alarms.
- elect a configuration item, and enter the configuration item value.
- Select the alarm level that will be updated for alarms meeting the configuration item value.
- Click OK.
Parameters
- Concerned Devices: If you select All Devices, alarms of all the devices are Concerned; if you select Selected Devices, only the alarms of the selected devices are Concerned. You can select devices in the following three ways:
- Selected Devices: Select one or more devices that are added to The System platform.
- Selected Custom View: Select a customized view to select all devices in this view.
- Selected Network Segment: Enter start and end IP addresses to select the devices whose IP addresses are in the address range.
- Concerned Alarms: If you select All Alarms, all alarms are Concerned. If you select Selected Alarms, only the selected alarms are Concerned.
- Configuration items include the alarm duration (in minutes by default) and the alarm repetitions.
