FAQ
- Performance Data Policy
- Some chart pages are non-responsive. Adjusting the page size might cause the chart to be displayed abnormally.
To solve this problem, refresh the page after adjusting the page size.
- The bandwidth usage is calculated based on the user-defined speed. To specify a user-defined speed,
enter the details page for an interface, and click the User-Defined Speed link on the right menu.
If you do not specify a user-defined speed for an interface, the bandwidth usage is calculated based on the maximum speed of the interface and might be inaccurate.
- If the time on the client is different from that on the server of this system, the browser might not display the performance data.
To resolve this issue, make sure the time is the same on the client and the server of this system.
- The widgets on the homepage require adjusting custom layout according to the page size to ensure that the contents are completely displayed on the page.
- When there are too many instances (for example, 15) in the performance report, you might fail to view the trend chart. The number of instances that can
be displayed depends on the instance name length. If multiple instance names can be displayed on one line, the trend chart can display more instances.
- If the system keeps logged in and is not logged out for a long period time, the left navigation tree for the performance option might fail to take effect.
To resolve this issue, press F5 to refresh the page.
