Add/Modify Instance Profile

This function allows you to add and modify instance profiles.

Operation Procedure

Enter the page for adding or modifying an instance profile in one of the following methods:
- Method 1: On the homepage, click the icon in the upper right corner, and select Edit. On the window that opens, click the Widgets tab. Click the Performance tab, and click Add for the Performance Instance Profile widget to add the widget to the homepage. In the Performance Instance Profile widget on the homepage, click the Add Performance Instance Profile link to open the page for adding a performance instance profile.
- Method 2: Click the Resource tab. From the navigation tree, select Performance Management > Performance Option. On the Performance Option page that opens, click the Homepage Widget tab. Click Add to enter the page for adding a performance instance profile.
- Enter the instance profile name and select an index.
Click the index link on the list, and then click the expanded device link.
Select an index, and click OK.

You can select only one index and up to eight instances for an instance profile. The selected instances can belong to different devices.
A viewer cannot add or modify instance profiles.
