Add/Modify Performance View

You can create a new performance view or modify an existing performance view.

Operation Procedure

1. Click the Resource tab, and then select Performance Management > Performance View from the navigation tree to display the performance view page.
2. Select one of the following operations:
   • Click Add and select a performance view type to enter the Add Performance View page
   • Click the Operation icon for a performance view and select Modify from the menu to enter the Modify Performance View page.
3. In the Select Index area, select indexes, and click Add.
4. Click Select Device to select devices for all the selected indexes; or click Select Device or Select Interface to the right of an index to select devices or interfaces for the index.
5. Click Next. The selected instances are displayed on the instance list, and the monitoring status is displayed for each instance.
6. Select instances, and click Save. The page for adding or modifying a performance view appears.
7. Select a performance view type, enter the name and description for the performance view, and specify the operator groups who can view the performance view.
8. Click OK.

Precautions

• You can select up to 150 instances for an index.
• A performance view must contain at least one instance.
• When you add a performance view of the At a Glance type, you cannot modify its type. When you add a performance view of a Trend Line or Data Grid type, you can switch its type between Data Grid and Trend Line.
• The previous operation procedure applies to performance views of the Trend Line, Data Grid, and At a Glance types.
