SNMP Get and Get Next Operations

Use the SNMP Get operation to obtain data of the MIB node you select.

Use the SNMP Get Next operation to obtain data of the next MIB node.

Operation Procedure

1. In the MIB tree, select the target MIB node, and click or in the toolbar to perform the SNMP Get or Get Next operation.
2. Or you can right-click the target node and select Get or Get Next from the shortcut menu to perform the SNMP Get or Get Next operation.

Precautions

• If you try to perform the SNMP Get operation on a table node, the system first pops up an index selection window, and execute the SNMP Get operation after you select an index and click OK in that window.
• If you try to perform the SNMP Get Next operation on a table node, the system performs operations depending on the option you select. If you select No index, the system directly executes the SNMP Get Next operation; if you select Select an index, the system pops up an index selection window and executes the SNMP Get Next operation after you specify an index.
