Auto Scanning

This function enables automatic scanning of the unbound terminals in your network. You can batch configure terminal access bindings and trusted terminals based on the scanning result.

Operation Procedure

1. Click the Resource tab, and then click Access Configuration from the navigation tree to enter the access configuration management page.
2. Click the Terminal Access Binding link to enter the terminal access binding management page.
3. Click the Auto Scanning link to enter the auto scanning condition configuration page.
4. Specify the scanning range and then click OK to enter the auto scanning result page.
5. Select one or more entries from the unbound terminal list.
6. Click Bind to batch configure terminal access bindings for these terminals.
7. Click Trust to configure these terminals as trusted terminals which does not need to perform authentication.

Precautions

• Only one auto scanning operation can be performed at a time.
• The terminal information such as terminal name and maintainer can be edited.
