- Log in to the system and select Dashboard > View Name in My Favorites to enter the dashboard monitoring page.
- Operators who have the administrator privilege can configure the access rights of dashboard view grouped by operator group through Data Privilege Configure link in Operator Group.
- Right-click the background to switch the style for the dashboard.
- Scroll the mouse wheel to switch the view .
Precautions
- An operator can customize up to 10 views.
- On the configuration page, you can set the height and width (in points) of the dashboard. By default, the height and width of the dashboard are the resolution of the monitor.
- When you enter the dashboard panel, you actually log in to the panel as the current system operator.
- When the dashboard panel is open, session timeout becomes invalid in the panel and the system.
- If the browser has no flash plug-in installed, you are prompted to download and install the flash plug-in when you open the dashboard the first time. As a best practice, download and install the plug-in from the Adobe website.
- Do not use Chinese characters in the names of the background file of the area map module and the video file of the video playing module. Otherwise, the files will fail to be loaded.
- The style that an operator selects is saved in the local cache, and becomes invalid after the cache of the browser is cleared.
- Set the space for a module to the default value or a greater one. If the space is too small, the data of the module, for example, a custom view, cannot be completely displayed.
- The realtime performance monitoring module can contain up to five instances.
- When the dashboard feature runs in the Chrome browser for a certain period, the browser crashes. Please disable the flash plug-in of the Chrome browser.
- Automatic view switchover is not available when the cursor is placed within the view and will become available again after the cursor is moved outside the view.
- By default, a operator can only create up to 10 views. To customize the number of views that can be created, use a text editor to open the dynamic_cfg.js file in the INC installation directory/client/web/apps/imc/bigscreen/js directory, and modify the value for the bs.view.all.numbers field. If the new value you set is smaller than the number of existing views, please manually delete existing views as needed.
- To display an image by using the Display Image icon, make sure the image height is the picture label height*75-45 and the image width is the picture label height*95-15, in px.
