Maintenance Tag Task

Use the maintenance tag task function to set devices or interfaces to maintenance state for the specified time.

Operation Procedure

  1. On the details page for a device or interface in a maintenance tag task, disabling the maintenance tag for the device or interface does not affect the status of the maintenance tag task.
  2. If a device or interface has multiple maintenance tag tasks with overlapping execution time ranges, the tasks will be disabled at the earliest end time. To avoid this situation, do not configure overlapping execution time ranges for the device or interface.
  3. If the system is not running at the time when a once or cycle maintenance tag task is started, the state of that task will be abnormal after the system is started. For a once maintenance tag task, the state will be Expired. For a cycle maintenance tag task, the state will be Waiting. However, that task has not been executed. For a once task, you can delete it and re-create it. For a cycle task, you can stop it, delete it, and then re-create it.
