Add Custom Report Template
Perform this task to add a custom report template.
The system predefines data sets to select for custom templates. A data set includes data column, chart, and filter parameter information. These information is known as metadata of custom report templates.
Procedure
- Click the Report tab. From the navigation tree, select Custom Report > Add Custom Template.
- Enter the template name and description, select operator groups that can access the template, and then click Next.
- Select a data set type and a data set, and click Next.
- Drag data columns and charts from the left area to the design area, and add filter parameter as needed.
- Click OK.
Remarks
- Access to a custom template depends on the Access Right field. If a maintainer adds a template that is accessible only to the administrator group, the maintainer cannot access the template after it is created.
- When you add a template, the template name and the title of the custom report cannot exceed 20 characters.
