Query History Report
This function helps query the history report files of a scheduled report.
Operation Procedure
- Click the Report tab and click the type of the report to be queried in the navigation tree.
- Click
corresponding to the report to enter the page listing history reports.
- Select and view corresponding report.
- If a mail recipient is added to the periodical report, the Sending Status and Re-send columns appear on the page. The Sending Status column displays the sending status of the generated periodical report file. If a history report fails to be automatically sent, the Re-send link will appear in the Re-send column.
Click the Re-send link to send the report file to the previously specified recipient.
- If you select Yes for the Sync to FTP/SFTP Server field on the Scheduled Reports > Options page, the Sync to FTP/SFTP Server column will be displayed on the History Report page. To synchronize a scheduled report file to the FTP or SFTP server, click Sync in the Sync to FTP/SFTP Server column for that file.
Precautions
- The report files of scheduled reports exist in the file system of the server unless you delete them.
- Currently only files in the pdf format are available; therefore, you need to install a browser for pdf files such as the Acrobat Reader.
