View Realtime Report

Realtime reports based on report templates are displayed in a pop-up window. In the window, you can export, print, zoom in/out, or print the realtime reports. Furthermore, you can switch between primary and secondary reports.

Operation Procedure

1. Click the Report tab and click Report Template List in the navigation tree to enter the page listing report templates.
2. Click the template name link corresponding to the report template to enter the page with realtime reports.
3. When the report version is V1,click to export the report, click to print the report. When the report version is V2,click to export the report, click to print the report.

Precautions

• It takes some time on displaying the realtime report from a pop-up window. Please wait patiently.
• When there is a large amount of data, querying data by keyword in the report takes a long time. Please wait patiently.
• The search keyword in the report cannot contain only wildcards: question mark (?) or asterisk (*).
• When the zoom ratio is less than 100%, the report shows the contents may overlap.
• Some business statements need to create a business entity, and select the entity in the drop-down box to view the report, parameter directly entered is invalid.
• Query of some reports permits directly access to the database, for example, Changes Report , Discovery Report, and Topology Report. The correct total number of pages of these reports is displayed only when you reach the last page of the report.
• When you view the V2 report, you cannot export or print the report before data calculation is complete. Both the Export and Print buttons are grayed out before data calculation is complete.
• As a best practice,use Adobe Reader or another dedicated PDF reader to view the exported reports in PDF format.
• Do not repeatedly click the File Format list on the Export page. This might result in failure to select a file format.
• On the report page, if you repeatedly click the Search button and then immediately click the Next Page button repeatedly, the page count in the search operation might be greater than the total page count.
• If you modify the zoom for a report with a child report and switch between the report and its child report, the actual zoom might be different from the zoom you set. To resolve this issue, close the report and open it again.
