Attack Alarm Management

The attack alarm management function manages the alarm messages that the SCC receives from the system alarm module. It displays received attack alarms, matches security control policies, and takes actions based on matched policies.

Precautions

• The alarm information is generated and sent by SecCenter or network devices to system. The system alarm module then sends received alarms to the SCC. To ensure that the system can receive and psystemess the alarms, make sure that the alarm source address configured on the device is the same as the device's management IP address in system (that is, the IP address used for adding the device to system).
• You can browse the alarms only after the corresponding alarm types are registered in SCC. Register the alarm types that you want the SCC to support in the configuration file.
