Preregistered User Management

This module allows you to query, register, and delete preregistered users. A preregistered user is created by the endpoint user in the self-service center.

Functions

• Basic Query
  
  Perform this task to query registered users by account name, user name, or preregistration time range.

  Procedure

  1. Click the User tab. From the navigation tree, select Device User > Preregistered User.
  2. Specify the query criteria.
  3. Click Query. The page displays all preregistered users matching the query criteria. To restore the default query criteria and display all preregistered users, click Reset.
• Register User

  Perform this task to register a preregistered user.

  Procedure

  1. Click the User tab. From the navigation tree, select Device User > Preregistered User.
  2. Click the Register icon for the user you want to register.
  3. Configure the basic information and access-related information for the user.
  4. Click OK. The system starts registering the user.

  Precautions

  • During the registration process, basic information about a user is not changed if the user already exists. If a user does not exist, the system creates the user and uses the basic information configured in the self-service center.
  • The parameters for registration are similar to those for adding a device user. For more information, see Add/Modify Device User.
• Delete Preregistered User
  
  Perform this task to delete preregistered users.

  Procedure

  1. Click the User tab. From the navigation tree, select Device User > Preregistered User.
  2. Select one or more users.
  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
