Port Loopback Test

This function allows you to test loopback (including internal loopback and external loopback) on a port.

Operation Procedure

1. Select the Resource tab.
2. Select the device to be managed from the device list to enter the Device Details page.
3. Click the Interface List link to enter the Interface List page.
4. Click the Interface Description of an interface to enter the Interface Details page.
5. Click Loopback Test to enter the loopback testing page.

Internal loopback test

Select Internal loopback test from the drop-down list, and click OK to perform internal loopback test for the specified port. The system displays the test result after completing the test.

External loopback test

Select External loopback test from the drop-down list, and click OK to perform external loopback test for the specified port. The system displays the test result after completing the test.
