- From the right navigation tree click Global Configuration under POS Access. Configure proper settings. The following section describes some of the parameters.
Parameters
-
FCM Card Answering Time: The maximum answering time. It ranges from 500 to 2000 milliseconds, and defaults to 2000 milliseconds. The POS terminal originates a call to the called party, which answers and sends an answer tone to the POS terminal after detecting the calling signal. After the POS terminal receives the answer tone, both parties begin negotiation. The time range before starting negotiation is the answering time.
-
FCM Card Transaction Time: Maximum time for one POS transaction. It ranges from 30000 to 12000000, and defaults to 12000000.
-
FCM Card Idle Time: Maximum idle time in seconds. When the connection is idle for the period of time, the router disconnects the POS terminal. It ranges from 1 to 12000 seconds, and defaults to 60 seconds.
