Add/Modify Group

Perform this task to add or modify a group for an AC.

Procedure

1. Click the Service tab, and then select Resource Management > ACs from the WLAN Manager navigation tree.
2. Click the device label of an AC to open the Device Details page.
3. Click Group Configuration in the Wireless Service area on the right.
4. Click Add to open the page for adding a group, or click the Modify icon for a group to open the page for modifying the group.
5. Configure the name and description for the group. The name cannot be modified once it is configured.
6. Click OK.

Parameters

Group: Enter a name that uniquely identifies a group. This field cannot be empty. The maximum length is 32 case-insensitive characters. A group name cannot contain any of the following characters: slash (/), back slash (\), quotation marks ("), pound sign (#), ampersand sign (&), left angle bracket (<), and right angle bracket (>).
