Parameters
Comware-based V7 WLAN Parameters
- SSID: Enter an SSID, a string of 1 to 32 characters. It must be unique on the same AC.
- Enable: Select this option to enable the WLAN immediately after it is deployed.
- Bind Radio: Select a radio type where the radio policy and service policy are to be applied.
- Hide SSID: Select this option to hide SSIDs in beacon frames.
- Client Uplink/Downlink Rate Limit Mode: Select the client uplink/downlink rate limit mode. Options are Static and Dynamic.
- Client Uplink/Downlink Bandwidth Limit(Kbps): For dynamic mode, enter the bandwidth limit for all clients. The bandwidth limit for each client is the total bandwidth limit divided by the number of clients. For static mode, enter the bandwidth limit for a single client. The value range is 16 to 1700000. 0 indicates that the bandwidth is not limited.
- VLAN: ID of the VLAN that clients will join after coming online through the service policy template, in the range of 1 to 4094.
- Enable URL Redirect: Select whether to enable URL redirect for MAC authentication clients. If this feature is enabled, MAC authentication clients will be redirected to the URL provided by the RADIUS server for authentication.
- Security IE: Select the security information element to be used in beacon and probe response frames. Options are None (default), RSN, WPA, and All.
- Cipher Suite: Select the cipher suite to be used for data frame encryption. Options are WEP40,WEP104,WEP128, TKIP, and CCMP. WEP40, WEP104, and WEP128 cannot be selected at the same time. Parameters Key Index and Key are available only when the cipher suite is WEP40, WEP104, or WEP128.
- Key: Enter a key, a string that can contain only numbers and letters. The key length is 5 for cipher suite WEP40, 13 for cipher suite WEP104, and 16 for cipher suite WEP128.
- AKM Mode: Select an authentication and key management mode. Options are dot1x and psk.
