Wireless Service Report
Wireless service reports summarize performance data, such as AP performance, utilization, and service availability, and display the data in a bar chart, line chart, or pie chart.

AP Association Summary Report: Displays a summary of client association statistics for all APs or APs based on location view. This report helps determine wireless access quality.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
- Client Dropping Rate (%): Ratio of client abnormal logouts to the total number of associated clients.
- Success Rate (%): Ratio of successful accesses to the total number of access requests.
- Association congestion Rate (%): Ratio of client association failures to the total number of client association requests.
AP Association Detail Report: Displays client association statistics for each AP. This report provides the wireless access quality for each AP and checks AP deployment.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
- Client Dropping Rate (%): Ratio of client abnormal logouts to the total number of associated clients.
- Success Rate (%): Ratio of successful accesses to the total number of access requests.
- Association congestion Rate (%): Ratio of client association failures to the total number of client association requests.
AP Availability Summary Report: Displays a summary of availability statistics for all APs, or APs based on location view. This report shows the top 10 locations with the highest or lowest AP availability in a bar chart.
- Location: Location view of APs or allAPs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
- Availability (%): Ratio of the time when an AP is available to the total time (the available time plus the unavailable time).
AP Availability Detail Report: Displays availability statistics for each AP. This report provides the running status of each AP.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
- Availability (%): Ratio of the time when an AP is available to the total time (the available time plus the unavailable time).
AP Traffic Summary Report: Displays a summary of traffic statistics about all APs or based on location view, and displays the top 10 locations
with the most wired core traffic or radio traffic in a bar chart. You can use the statistics to determine whether to expand the network. The traffic data in the report is measured in M, and is rounded to an integer.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
AP Traffic Detail Report: Displays traffic statistics for each AP, and displays the top 10 APs with the most wired core traffic or radio traffic in a bar chart. You can use the statistics to determine whether to expand the network.
- Location: Location view of APs or allAPs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
Remarks
- If multiple APs using the same AP label exist, the core traffic Top 10 and radio traffic Top 10 charts can display information about only one of the APs.
AP Speed Report: Displays statistics about the maximum and average receive speed, send speed, total speed for each AP, and displays a global AP speed trend graph. This report provides bandwidth usage.

AP Logoff Summary Report: Displays a summary of logoff statistics for all APs or for APs based on location view, and displays the top 10 locations with the longest offline durations in a bar chart (fit AP templates excluded).

- Offline Time (Hour): Minimum offline time for an AP.
AP Logoff Detail Report: Displays logoff statistics about APs that match the query criteria (fit AP template excluded).

- Offline Time (Hour): Minimum offline time for an AP.
AP Channel Quality Statistics Report: Displays the quality of each channel for APs. Based on the report, you can analyze the quality of the wireless service operation.
- Location: Location view of APs or allAPs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
Radio Error Report: Displays error statistics for each radio on all APs. From this report, you can determine the wireless service quality.

Radio Traffic Report: Displays traffic statistics about each radio by AP.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.

Radio Speed Report: Displays statistics about the maximum and average receive and forwarding speeds for each radio by AP.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.

Radio Resource Usage Report: Displays resource utilization for each radio by AP.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.

Current Associated Client Statistics Report: Displays statistics about associated clients based on MAC address, and displays the top 10 clients with the longest online durations in a bar chart.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
Hotspot Statistics Report: Displays device information in a location view that is set as a hotspot per AP. This report allows you to view device information at a hotspot.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
Wireless Asset Statistics Report: Displays asset statistics for wireless services. The number and percentage of wireless devices that have been added to INC are displayed in a pie chart based on category. If you click on a device category on the pie chart or on the legend on the right, you can enter the device list of the category and view information about each device.
Client Summary Report: Displays a summary of client access times and durations based on client MAC address, and displays the top 10 clients with the longest online durations in a bar chart.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
- Online Duration: Client online duration. Only clients whose online duration is greater than this value are counted.
Client Detail Report: Displays all online records for each client based on client MAC address.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
- Online Duration: Client online duration. Only clients whose online duration is greater than this value are counted.
Client Number Trendline Report: Displays the maximum and average numbers of associated clients, and the total and average online duration of clients based on AP or location view, and displays a global client online trend graph.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
- Utilization Coefficient: The user-defined number of online users when the optimal AP performance is achieved. It is used to calculate the peak utilization and average utilization of the AP.
- AP Peak/Average Utilization:Peak/Average usage of an AP, calculated as Peak/Average online client quantity*100/Utilization index. The default utilization index is 15. You can set the utilization index in file conf\wirelessUserTrenderline.conf.
Busy AP Statistics Report: Displays the status of an AP. From this report, you can identify APs that are busy.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
- Peak number of Online Clients: Peak number of online clients of the AP. When the number of online clients is equal or greater than the value, the AP is considered busy.
- Peak Transmission Rate: Peak transmission rate of the AP. When the transmission rate is equal or greater than the value, the AP is considered busy.
- Out of Service Rate (%): Time the AP is unavailable divided by statistics collection time span.
- Association congestion Rate (%): Ratio of client association failures to the total number of client association requests.
- Client Dropping Rate (%): Ratio of client abnormal logouts to the total number of associated clients.
Idle AP Statistics Report: Displays the status of an AP. From this report, you can identify APs that are idle.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
- Peak number of Online Clients: Peak number of online clients of the AP. When the number of online clients is equal or lesser than the value, the AP is considered idle.
- Peak Transmission Rate: Peak transmission rate of the AP. When the transmission rate is equal or lesser than the value, the AP is considered idle.
- Out of Service Rate (%): Time the AP is unavailable divided by statistics collection time span.
- Association congestion Rate (%): Ratio of client association failures to the total number of client association requests.
- Client Dropping Rate (%): Ratio of client abnormal logouts to the total number of associated clients.
Worst AP Statistics Report: Displays the status of an AP. From this report, you can identify APs that are worst.
- Location: Location view of APs or all APs.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
- Out of Service Rate: Out of service rate of the AP. When the out of service rate of an AP is equal or greater than the value, the AP is considered worst.
- Relevant Blocking Rate: Relevant blocking rate of the AP. When the relevant blocking rate of an AP is equal or greater than the value, the AP is considered worst.
- Dropping Rate: Dropping rate of the AP. When the dropping rate of an AP is equal or greater than the value, the AP is considered worst. The value range for the dropping rate is 0.00 to 100.00. If you enter -1, the parameter is not used as a condition for generating the worst AP statistics report.
- Out of Service Rate (%): Time the AP is unavailable divided by statistics collection time span.
- Association congestion Rate (%): Ratio of client association failures to the total number of client association requests.
- Client Dropping Rate (%): Ratio of client abnormal logouts to the total number of associated clients.
AP Association Summary Report (Subordinate Summary): Displays a summary of statistics about associated clients on the APs managed by each subordinate INC based on location view of these subordinate INCs. From this report, you can determine wireless service quality of the whole network.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
AP Availability Summary Report (Subordinate Summary): Displays a summary of availability statistics about APs managed by each subordinate INC based on location view of the subordinate INC, and displays the top 10 subordinate INC systems with the highest or lowest AP availability in a bar chart. From this report, you can examine the running status of APs managed by each subordinate INC.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
AP Availability Detail Report (Subordinate Summary): Displays a summary of availability statistics about APs managed by each subordinate INC based on AP. From this report, you can examine the running status of APs in the whole network.

Client Number Trendline Report (Subordinate Summary): Displays client online trend for each subordinate INC, and displays the number of clients of the whole network on the hour.

AC Statistics Report: Displays basic AC information and associated AP information by AC. The values of the Busy AP, Idle AP, and Worst AP parameters are collected after you click Save for the corresponding values in the Other Parameters (OR) area of the Busy AP Statistics Report, Idle AP Statistics Report, and Worst AP Statistics Report.
- Start Time: Time to start collecting statistics.
- End Time: Time to stop collecting statistics.
- Availability (%): Ratio of the time when an AP is available to the total time (the available time plus the unavailable time).
- Busy APs: An AP is a busy AP if its peak associated clients or peak transmission rate reaches the specified threshold. The default peak online client quantity threshold and peak transmission rate threshold for busy APs are 20 and 6 Mbps, respectively. You can set the thresholds in the Busy AP Statistics Report.
- Idle APs: An AP is an idle AP if its peak associated clients or peak transmission rate is equal to or lower than the specified threshold. The default peak online client quantity threshold and peak transmission rate threshold for idle APs are 0 and 1 Mbps, respectively. You can set the thresholds in the Idle AP Statistics Report.
- Worse APs: An AP is a worst AP if its out of service rate, relevant blocking rate , or dropping rate reaches the specified threshold. The default out of service rate threshold, relevant blocking rate threshold, and dropping rate threshold are 10%, 5%, and 3%, respectively. You can set the thresholds in the Worst AP Statistics Report.

Hotspot Statistics Report by Hotspot: Displays information about hotspots by hotspot.
