Query ACs

Perform this task to query AC information. You can choose Basic Query or Advanced Query.

WSM allows you to view the number of local ACs associated with a central AC. The icon is displayed for an central AC on the AC list after you configure the AC hierarchy function for this AC.

WSM can monitor the management status of MSM devices. If no management console is specified as the server to deploy WSM on an MSM AC, the icon is displayed to the left of the device label of the AC.

Procedure

1. Click the Service tab.
2. From the WLAN Manager navigation tree, select Resource Management > ACs to open the AC List page.

• Basic Query
1. Enter the AC label or IP address in the query field on the top right corner.
2. Click the Query icon.
3. To reset the query criteria, clear the query field first and click the Query icon .
• Advanced Query
1. Click the Expand icon on the right of the query field.
2. Specify the query criteria.
3. Click Query.
4. To reset the query criteria, click Reset.

Remarks

• Fuzzy match is supported for query by name or IP address.
• If you do not specify any query criteria, all ACs that you have the permission to view are queried.
• For basic query, all query criteria are in an OR relationship. For advanced query, all query criteria are in an AND relationship.
