Perform this task to query WLAN information about ACs, fat APs, fit APs, clients, SSIDs, and rogue devices by pre-defined query criteria.
The query criteria include: AC device label, IP address, and model; fat AP device label, IP address, and model; fit AP device label, name, alias, serial number, IP address, MAC address and BSSID; user name, MAC address, and IP address; WLAN SSID; and rogue device MAC address.
The query results are displayed on the corresponding tab.
This tab displays the status, device label, IP address, and model of the ACs that match the query criteria. You can perform the following operations by clicking the corresponding link displayed when you click the Operation link: displaying Service Policy, Radio Policy, fit AP List, Wireless Logical Interface Configuration, MP Policy Management, Mesh Profile Management, Mesh Interface Management, and History Information, and performing View Topology, Ping, TraceRoute, Open Web Manager, and Telnet operations. In addition, you can click Synchronize on top of the AC list to synchronize target ACs.
This tab displays the status, device label, IP address, and model of the fat APs that match the query criteria. You can perform the following operations by clicking the corresponding link displayed when you click the Operation link: displaying Service Policy, Radio Policy, fit AP List, Wireless Logical Interface Configuration, MP Policy Management, Mesh Profile Management, Mesh Interface Management, and History Information, and performing View Topology, Ping, TraceRoute, Open Web Manager, Telnet, and Locate to Map operations. In addition, you can click Synchronize to synchronize target fat APs.
This tab displays the status, AP label, AP name, AP alias, serial number, IP address, MAC address, model, and associated AC of the fit APs that match the query criteria. You can perform the following operations by clicking the corresponding link displayed when you click the Operation link: Modify AP Template, Delete AP Template, Reboot, Ping, TraceRoute, Locate to Map, Monitor, and you can also display History Information.
This tab displays the MAC address, user name, IP address, SSID, online time, offline time, online duration, and connected AP of the clients that match the query criteria. You can perform the following operations by clicking the corresponding link displayed when you click the Operation link: Set as Sample MAC, Modify client info, Locate, Locate to Map, Monitor, View Roaming Track, and you can also display History Information. This tab displays not only the online client information, but also the offline client information. You can query detailed information about online clients by clicking the MAC Address link, and the offline time for the online clients is displayed as null. The MAC addresses of offline clients are not displayed as links.
This tab displays the SSID, total fat APs, total fit APs, and total clients of the SSIDs that match the query criteria. You can click the number link in the Total Fat APs, Total Fit APs, or Total Clients column to view the corresponding information.
This tab displays the status, rogue device type, MAC address, AC that detected the rogue device, and last detected time of the rogue devices that match the query criteria. Rogue devices include rogue APs and rogue clients. You can perform the following operations by clicking the Operation icon: Add to Permit List, Add to Attack List, and Locate.
