Synchronize Client Information

To synchronize users to a certain user group, modify the EIA service configuration on Configuration Management. Endpoint information synchronization includes automatic synchronization and manual synchronization. When a client logs in, WSM automatically synchronizes the client information (such as the user name, account name, endpoint type, vendor, and OS) from EIA if WSM does not have the client information. You can manually synchronize information about all clients.

Procedure

1. Click the Service tab, and then select WLAN Manager > Resource Management > Clients from the navigation tree.
2. Click Client Info Management in the Client List.
3. Click Sync All to synchronize all client information.
