Deploy ACL Uses

This function enables you to deploy ACL uses to the interfaces of one or more devices. It simplifies the configuration of ACL uses and provides error correction mechanisms.

Operation Procedure

1. Select the Service tab, click ACL Deployment in the navigation tree, and then click the Deploy ACL Uses link.
2. Select a service type, and then click Next.
3. Select devices, and then click Next.
4. Select the filter direction and interfaces, and then click Next.
5. Select the ACL type, enter the ACL identifier, and then click Next to open the Summary page.
6. Click Finish to view the result.
7. Click OK.
   The Add Task page appears. For more information, see Add Task.

Precautions

• To create an ACL use, the ACL you select must contain rules.
• The packet-filter direction is related to the ACL type. When you create ACL uses, the filter direction that the ACL type doesn't support is ignored.

Parameters

• Identifier Type: ACL identity type. An ACL can be identified by a number or by a name.
