Add/Modify FAQ
This function allows you to add or modify an FAQ.
Operation Procedure
- Add an FAQ.
- Click the User tab, and select Access User > Trouble Report > FAQ from the navigation tree to enter the FAQ management page.
- Click Add to enter the Add FAQ page.
- Set parameters and click OK.
- Modify an FAQ
- Click the User tab, and select Access User > Trouble Report > FAQ from the navigation tree to enter the FAQ management page.
- Click
of the target FAQ to enter the Modify FAQ page.
- Set parameters and click OK.
Parameters
- Summary: Brief description of the FAQ. The summary must be simple and clear, and cannot be empty or the same as an existing one. The summary supports 128 characters at most.
- Symptom: Detailed description of the FAQ. The symptom describes how the problem was triggered or occurred. It supports 0 to 650 characters.
- Solution: Detailed method of solving the problem. The solution describes the operation procedure of solving the problem. It cannot be empty and supports 650 characters at most.
- Add Attachment: Uploads one or more attachments for the symptom or solution. You can upload up to three attachments for the symptom and up to ten attachments for the solution. An attachment can be a png, jpg, jpeg, gif, log, txt, rar, or zip file within 1 MB. The attachment file name (including the suffix) allows up to 80 characters.
- No.: Sequence of common problems. After you re-number a problem, the system automatically re-arranges all the affected problems.
Assume that you number common problems A, B, C, D, and E as 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
- If you re-number problem D as 10, the system arranges these problems in the order of A, B, C, E, and D.
- If you re-number problem D as 2, the system arranges these problems in the order of A, D, B, C, and E.
