Query FAQ

You can input a keyword to query the FAQs in the summary, symptom, or solution that contains the specified keyword.

Click corresponding to an FAQ to view its details. The attachments of an FAQ, if any, are shown as URLs. Click an URL to view the corresponding attachment.

Operation Procedure

  1. Click the User tab, and select Access User > Trouble Report > FAQ from the navigation tree to enter the FAQ management page.
  2. Type the keyword for query.
  3. Click Query to display the FAQs that satisfy the query criteria. Click Reset to display all FAQs.

Precautions

If you click Query without providing any keyword, all FAQs are displayed.
