Add/Modify Service Group
This function allows an administrator to add/modify a service group.
Operation Procedure
- Enter the service group configuration page.
On the top navigation bar, select User > User Access Policy >Service Parameters >Service Group.
- Click Add, or click the edit icon
of the service group you want to modify.
- Configure the group's basic information and the operators who can manage the group, namely, associate the operators with the group.
- Click OK.
Precautions
- The group name is required and must be unique in the INC system.
- When you (the administrator) add a service group, the system provides all maintenancers and viewers in group ungroup, that is, the maintenancers and viewers who are associated with no user-defined group. You can associate no maintenancer or viewer, or one or more maintenancers and viewers with the group.
- When you modify a service group, the system provides the maintenancers and viewers who have been associated with the service group and all maintenancers and viewers in group ungroup. You can re-configure the associations between maintenancers/viewers and the group.
