Delete Custom TSHOOT Field

This function allows you to delete a custom TSHOOT field.

Configuration Procedure

1. Click the User tab on the top navigation bar, and select Access User > Trouble Report > Custom TSHOOT Field in the navigation tree.
2. Click the icon of the custom TSHOOT field that you want to delete, and then confirm your operation.

Precautions

• If you delete a custom TSHOOT field, the question will not be included in subsequent trouble tickets, but it is still present in the existing trouble tickets.
