Authentication Failure Log Details

The details provide information about account name, login name, authentication failure cause, failed at, solution ,user IP address, user MAC address, user IPv6 address, device IP, device NAT IP, port, device SN, IMSI, IMEI, service name, VLAN ID/inner VLAN ID, outer VLAN ID, user SSID, computer name, and Windows domain.

Operation Procedure

1. On the Authentication Failure Log page, click a link of the Details column to enter the log details page.
2. Click Back to return to the Authentication Failure Log page.
