Operation Procedure

- Select online users to be exported, and then click Batch Export to open the page for selecting the exported file format.
- Select a format, and then click OK.
- The system will export the online user information to a file, save the file to the INC server, and then display the export result page.
- On the export result page, click Download to download and save the file to the local device.
Precautions
- In operation step 3, the formats include TXT and CSV. If TXT is selected, you can select the following file column separators: space, Tab, comma (,), colon (:), pound sign (#), and dollar sign ($). The comma-separated values (CSV) format is a text format that uses commas (,) to separate values. In Windows, a file in CSV format is opened by Excel by default. Excel can automatically select the display format according to the contents. As a result, the contents displayed in Excel might be different from the actual contents. For example, Excel displays 123456789123456789 as 1.23457E+17 according to the scientific notation. In this case, you can configure Excel to display the contents as text, or use a text editor (for example, Notepad) to open the file.
- In operation step 3, you can customize the account information to export except account name, user name, login name, service name, online duration, device IP address, user IP address, and security status.
- In operation step 4, the exported file is saved to <conductor INC server installation directory>/tmp.
- In operation step 4, the exported file name is suffixed with the export execution time, which is convenient for you to find the file.
