Precautions
- The computer security check link appears on the Action menu of the online user list page and online user details
page when the following requirements are met:
1. Online users have passed security authentication. 2. The endpoint
OS is not Linux or Mac OS. 3. Online users must use the iNode PC client or iNode mobile client. 4. The IP address
and client port number of online users are not blank.
- When the DAM component is also deployed, EAD does not provide the computer security check function, and hides the security check link from the online user list and from the action menu of the access user details page.
- After accounts are opened for mute terminal users, these accounts are synchronized to the platform users at 3:00 a.m. the next day. Before the synchronization, the account names and usernames of access accounts are generated according to the mute terminal user configuration profile when accounts are opened, and the names and IDs of platform users are displayed in the format of $+timestamp.
