Windows remote

Perform this task to download the Windows remote assistance file to connect to a remote PC.

Operation Procedure

1. Select the User tab, and click Access User > Online Users from the navigation tree to enter the local online users page.
2. Click and select the to enter the Windows remote page of the online user.
3. On the page that opens, click Download Windows Remote Assistance File, and open the file after the download. Enter the password provided on the page to connect to the remote PC.

• This feature is available on the operating system that supports Windows remote assistance.
