Collect Logs

Perform this task to collect logs of online endpoints. The collected logs can be used for locating problems.

• Collection Time: Time when the administrator obtains logs of online endpoints.
• Download Logs: Click this link to download logs.

Operation Procedure

1. Click the User tab. From the navigation tree, select Access User > Online Users. The local online user list page opens.
2. On the local online user list, click the Operation column for an online user, and select Collect Logs opens Collect Logs page.The system starts to collect logs of the user.
3. Click Download Logs if necessary when the log collection is finished.

Precautions

• The files of collected logs are saved in the \client\acm\online\log directory.
