Advanced Query

This function allows you to narrow down the search scope for roaming access details by setting more search criteria.

Procedure

  1. Select the User tab, and then select User Access Log > Roaming Access Details from the navigation tree. On the Roaming Access Details page, click the Advanced Query link.
  2. The advanced query criteria include the login name, access duration, device IP address range, device NAT IP address range, user IP address range, access start time range, user MAC address, offline cause, user IPv6 address and client version. You can select one or multiple conditions as needed.
  3. Click Query to display the result; click Reset to restore the default settings.
